Return & Refund Policy

Overview

Due to the size, weight, and nature of our tool chests, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Deposit policy

All orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of order. This deposit secures your order and covers processing and reservation costs.

  • Order placed
    • 25% deposit collected — non-refundable under all circumstances
  • Before shipment
    • Remaining 75% balance due prior to dispatch
  • Order cancelled by customer
    • 25% deposit is forfeited; remaining balance (if paid) is refunded

No returns or exchanges

We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or similar reasons. We strongly encourage you to:

  • Review all product dimensions and specifications before ordering
  • Carefully examine all product photos and descriptions
  • Contact us at info@styrke.ca with any questions before you buy — we're happy to help you choose the right unit

Damaged or defective items

If your tool chest arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@styrke.ca with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage or defect, including the outer packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Each case will be reviewed individually. Resolution options — which may include a partial refund, replacement parts, or other remedies — will be determined by Styrke at our discretion following assessment of the claim.

Wrong item received

If we shipped you the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will work with you directly to arrange the appropriate resolution.

Shipping costs summary

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong item
    • Determined case by case following review of the claim
  • Change of mind or buyer error
    • Returns are not accepted — no shipping applies

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@styrke.ca. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. The 25% deposit is non-refundable regardless of when a cancellation is made.
